GrimmSpeed Bellmouth Downpipe Installation Instructions

Park your vehicle on a level surface. Fully engage the parking brake and put

wheel stops on the front and rear wheels to keep the vehicle from rolling.

All GrimmSpeed exhaust components are intended for Off-Road use only.

Removing OEM Downpipe

1. Allow exhaust system to cool off before beginning installation.

2. Remove BOV from intercooler. (2) 12mm bolts.

3. Remove intercooler. Remove (2) 12mm bolts that go to intercooler

mounts. (2) hose clamps, one goes to TB hose, one goes to turbo

outlet.

4. Remove the turbo heatshield (6) 10mm bolts.

5. Remove up pipe heat shield. (2) 10mm bolts.

6. Remove the (3) 14mm nuts and (2) 14mm nuts/bolts connecting the

downpipe to the turbo.

7. Remove downpipe from cat-back (2) 14mm bolts

8. Remove o2 sensor with o2 sensor socket.
